Here is a perfect 1957 Fender Princeton Amp . Other than a newer reproduction handle and a ground AC cable this amp is all original , the original Oxford 8 inch speaker dates to 1956 , all caps and resistors in the amp are original to 1957 , both transformers are also original to the amp with the chassis dating to Feb 1957 . The tweed and grill are in fantastic shape with very minor wear . The sweet spot on this amp is between 3-4 on the volume , it will produce a clean defined tone at 3 and a beautifully compressed and even breakup tone from 4 and up, one of the best I've heard ! |
