Here we have an all original 1972 Gretsch Tennessean from the Baldwin era . At this point the Tennessean had gone back to the open F holes and squared off pickguard , the Hi-Lo Tron pickups were a lower output pickup , you can still get the twang in the bridge pickup but also achieve a warmer rounder tone in combination with the neck . The guitar plays great all over the neck and the Bigsby is set up perfectly , the finish shows a bit of belt buckle wear but is otherwise in nice shape. At some point in its life it had a headstock repair that is clean and solid . Great Gretsch !
