Here is a rocking 1963 Gibson SG Jr. This one is really dialed in , the neck is a perfect 1 11/16 nut width with a comfortable depth, the original P-90 pickup sounds incredible , both pots date to 1963 with original wiring . The guitar has the original pickguard , knobs and other hardware ( a repo pickguard is in the case as well ) it has a modern intonatable tailpiece installed but the original comes with the guitar ! The headstock has been repaired and it has had a refret, both done by the great Mike Spicer in Hamilton . At some point the tuners were changed but the originals are back on , it weighs in at 5 lbs 13 oz ! Gibson sent a wonderful letter and found this guitar in their Archives Ledger as being shipped from the Kalamazoo factory on 6/25/1963 - it's birthday is coming up !
