Here is another fantastic 50's Flying V replica , this one was built by Anton Johnson out of his shop in beautiful Norway . Inspired by the rare Gibson V of the late 50's this one has all the right bits . The body and neck are old growth Korina ( neck is 1 pc) neck profile leans more toward a '59 without the full profile of a '58 .The fingerboard is Brazilian rosewood , all hide glue construction , long neck tenon ,body and neck are finished in nitrocellulose lacquer , all the dimensions are bang on 50's . This is a very high quality build and the workmanship is beautiful . The body finish shows checking but no wear and weighs in at 6.17 lbs . The pickups are a fantastic sounding set of Wizz A2 PAF's . Slap a gold Gibson logo on the headstock and you're there !
