Standel were the classic amp company of the 50's, they were the amp of choice for players like Chet Atkins, Joe Maphis ,and Merle Travis and their back ! These amps are very hard to find and are built to order. This one is a Standel model 25L15 , it puts out 25 watt with a 15 inch Standel branded 30 watt Alnico speaker , it's a beautifully hand built amp thats extremely solid with all high end components , the tone is heavenly with plenty of headroom , this example is in amazing original condition with very minor tolex wear .
