Here is my absolute favorite Gibson ! This is a 1955 Gibson ES-295. In my opinion these are the coolest of the archtop Gibsons.The original gold finish has some awesome checking and greening , this was a normal process for the gold finishes of this era . All electronics and pickups are original to the guitar , all hardware is also original . The tuners are original but at one point there was another set installed , to reinstall the original tuners the holes were dowelled and re-drilled couple tuners are slightly bent but function as they should, pro job and you can't even tell . A real beauty !!!
